If your current workout plan doesn’t fit your needs — for example, if it’s too easy, too difficult, or you simply want to try something new — you can switch to another plan at any time.
To change your workout plan, follow these steps:
Open the Lasta app.
Tap the Profile (Person) icon in the top right corner.
Select Account Details and scroll down to Plan Details.
Tap the pencil icon next to Workout Plan, then choose your desired plan.
