If your current workout plan feels too challenging, too easy, not enjoyable, or simply doesn’t match your current fitness level, energy, or goals — no problem! Lasta lets you switch to a different workout plan anytime without losing progress or affecting your subscription. You can choose from beginner-friendly routines, lower-intensity options, different styles (e.g., yoga, walking, strength, mobility), or even shorter sessions to build confidence gradually.
Switching plans is quick and fully reversible — experiment until you find what feels sustainable and motivating for you.
Option 1: Switch Your Main Workout Plan
This changes your default, scheduled program (e.g., from a high-intensity series to something gentler like yoga or walking).
- Open the Lasta app.
- Tap the Profile icon (person silhouette) in the top-right corner.
- Tap Account Details.
- Scroll down to the Plan Details section.
- Tap the pencil icon ✏️ next to Workout Plan.
- Select a new main workout plan from the list (e.g., beginner, low-impact, mobility, Tai Chi, Indoor Walking, etc.).
- Tap Change plan.
The new plan becomes your active program — workouts appear in your main dashboard or Workout tab accordingly.
Option 2: Access and Try Full Workouts Library (Without Changing Your Main Plan)
Even if you keep your current main plan, you can browse, preview, and do any other workout from Lasta’s extensive library at any time. This is perfect for variety, recovery days, trying new styles, or when your scheduled workout feels too hard/easy.
How to access the full workouts library:
- Open the Lasta app and go to the Workout tab (or Workouts section — usually in the bottom navigation or main menu).
- Look for the Workouts or All Workouts area (often under a tab, card, or “Explore Workouts” button).
- You’ll see a rich selection of standalone workouts and series, including popular options such as:
- Bed Pilates
- HIIT Workouts
- Cardio Dance
- Kegel Exercises
- EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)
- MFR (Myofascial Release)
- Barre
- …and many many others (yoga flows, stretching, strength, dance, chair workouts, quick energizers, and more)
Use Filters to Find the Perfect Workout for Your Needs: On the Workouts library page, tap the Filters button (usually a funnel icon or “Filter” label) to narrow down options instantly:
- Level: Light, Medium, Hard, All
- Equipment: Mat, Chair, Bed, All (or no equipment)
- Duration: Up to 10 min, 10–20 min, More than 20 min, All
- Target Zone: Arms, Legs, Butt, Abs and Obliques, Back, Thighs, Full Body
Apply any combination of filters — the list updates in real time so you can quickly find gentle 10-minute bed stretches for recovery, a 15-minute mat HIIT for energy, or a 25-minute full-body barre session when you’re ready for more.
Tips for Making Workouts Work for You
- Start with Light level, no/minimal equipment, and short duration if something feels overwhelming.
- Modify moves as needed (e.g., lower impact, fewer reps, rest longer) — the app often includes modification tips.
- Mix and match: Do your main plan most days, but swap in a filtered workout when you need variety or a gentler session.
- Listen to your body: It’s completely fine to pause, shorten, or replace a workout — consistency and enjoyment matter more than perfection.
- Track how you feel: After sessions, note energy/mood in the app (if available) to guide future choices.
You’re in complete control — Lasta is built to adapt to you, not the other way around. Switch plans or explore the library freely until movement feels good and sustainable.
