To read the instructions before starting a workout, follow these steps:
Go to the My Plan tab.
Open the workout at the top part of the screen.
View the list of exercises included in the workout.
Tap the ⓘ button on the right side of the exercise.

How To – step-by-step instructions.
Common Mistakes – what to avoid.
Tips – modifications and advice for your fitness level.
Alternatively, you can start the workout and follow the coach’s audio instructions, which guide you step-by-step through each exercise.
