- Tap the End fast button (usually prominent—may say End Fast, Stop Fast, or show a stop icon).
- This officially ends the current session and logs it.
- Right after ending (or if the fast shows as recently completed), look for the pencil icon ✏️ next to the End fast time (or in the Start fast / End fast sections on the left side of the screen).
- Tap the pencil icon ✏️ on the end time.
- A time picker or edit screen opens—select the correct end time (and date if it crossed midnight) when you actually broke your fast (e.g., the moment you ate your first food).
- You can also adjust the start time here if it was off.
- Confirm or save the changes (tap Complete fast, Save, Apply, or similar).
- Done! The app recalculates:
- Your actual fasting duration.
