- Open the Lasta app and tap the More tab, and select Fasting under Trackers
- On the fasting tracker screen, look in the upper-right corner for the current plan duration button (e.g., '14h', '16h', '12h', or similar—it shows your active fasting length).
- Tap the '14h' (or current duration) button.
- You'll be taken to the fasting plan settings screen, where you'll see a list of available plans (e.g., 12:12, 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, and others).
- Tap the plan you want to try (e.g., select 16:8 for a 16-hour fast and 8-hour eating window).
- Each plan shows a brief description, typical eating window example, and benefits.
- Tap the Confirm button (or Apply, Save, or Switch to this plan—wording may vary slightly by app version).
