- Tap the More tab, select the Fasting section under the Trackers.
- In the fasting tracker view, look on the left side of the screen for the Fast start button (this displays your current or last fast's start details).
- Next to the Fast start, you'll see a pencil icon ✏️ — tap it to edit.
- Adjust the start time using the time picker or controls that appear (select the correct date and time).
- Confirm or save the changes — the app will recalculate your fasting duration, progress circle/timer, and any related stats automatically.
Your fast's end time adjusts proportionally based on your chosen fasting plan (e.g., 16:8 keeps the 16-hour window from the new start).
