- Real-time fasting timer and progress tracker (elapsed/remaining time, visual circle or bar).
- Customizable plans (e.g., 12:12, 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, and more) — adjust duration, start/end times, and schedule.
- Body status updates — see physiological stages during your fast (detailed in a separate article).
- Mood, energy, and hydration logging to monitor how fasting affects you.
- Fasting history, streaks, averages, and charts for long-term progress review.
- Reminders for start/end times and motivational tips.
This tab integrates with other Lasta features (like Food diary, steps, and weight tracking) to support holistic wellness. Intermittent fasting in Lasta focuses on time-restricted eating for benefits like weight management, improved insulin sensitivity, reduced inflammation, and better metabolic health—while emphasizing sustainability and listening to your body.
