A step tracker is a simple and effective way to monitor how far you’ve walked and how many steps you’ve taken over a certain period of time. Lasta automatically tracks your daily steps and stores this information for easy progress analysis.
How to Link the Step Tracker
To enable step tracking, make sure to grant access to Apple Health (iOS) or Google Fit (Android) in your phone’s settings. This allows the app to sync your step data seamlessly.
How to View Your Progress
Go to the My Plan tab.
Under the Daily Progress section, tap on Steps.
Here, you’ll find detailed statistics on your daily step activity, as well as average step counts for the week, month, and year.
Manual Step Entry
If you didn’t have your phone with you during a walk, you can manually add steps in the app to make sure your activity is accurately reflected.
