Lasta’s Mood Tracker is a simple and helpful tool that allows you to record and monitor your emotions over time. It’s a great way to keep track of your overall well-being and notice patterns in how you feel.
How to use the Mood Tracker
Go to the Today tab at the bottom of your screen.
Tap on the Mood section.
Select the emoji that best describes your current mood.
(Optional) Add a short note to give more context.

Tap Add Mood to save your entry.
How to View Previous Entries
You can find all your past moods and notes in the Moods section, along with helpful statistics on how often you’ve checked in.
