How to Use the Activity Tracker
From the My Plan tab, tap the Activity Tracker card under the Daily Progress section.
Tap the “Add activity” button.
Select the type of activity you’ve done.
Enter the duration of your activity.
The app will automatically calculate and display the calories burned.
Can I Edit or Delete an Activity I’ve Logged?
Yes, you can easily edit or delete any activity you’ve previously logged. Simply navigate to the activity, tap on it, and choose whether to modify or remove it.
Is There a Daily Goal for Calories Burned?
By default, the app sets a daily goal of 500 kcal burned, but you can customize this goal at any time to match your personal fitness objectives.
