How to Use the Fasting Tracker
Open the Lasta app and tap on the Fasting tab
Tap the “Start Fasting” button at the bottom of the tracker view
If you want to use a different fasting schedule, tap the “14h” or current time setting in the top-right corner to choose a plan that suits you.
Confirm your chosen plan to begin the fast
To edit the start time of your fast, tap the pencil (✏️) icon next to the “Start fast” field
Use reminders, review your fasting history, and check progress for motivation along the way
Tips & Considerations
Make sure you’re comfortable with the fasting schedule you pick. You can change it anytime.
Keep using the tracker consistently to benefit from historical insights.
