Types of Subscriptions
There are two types of subscriptions you may be enrolled in:
- Web subscription — Purchased through a web advertisement. This can be managed directly in the Lasta app or by contacting our support team.
- Store subscription — Purchased directly through the App Store or Google Play. This must be cancelled through your App Store or Google Play account settings, as we don't have access to manage these subscriptions.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Active web subscription: Deleting your account automatically cancels it — you won't be charged again.
- Active store subscription: Deleting your account does not cancel it. You'll need to cancel it yourself through the App Store or Google Play, since we can't manage store subscriptions on your behalf.
