There are a few ways to cancel your subscription:
through our chatbot, which can cancel your subscription immediately
directly via the Lasta app (if it is still installed on your device)
Steps to Cancel Your Subscription via Chat Bot
- Go to https://lasta.app/contacts/
- Click the green circle icon at the bottom-right corner of the page.
A chatbot window will open. Enter the email address linked to your Lasta subscription.
Select the request type 'Manage My Subscription'.
Choose 'Cancel my subscription'.
Select the reason for canceling and answer any additional questions from the bot.
To confirm, choose 'I still want to cancel'.
Select the plan(s) you wish to cancel.
Steps to Cancel Your Subscription via Lasta App
1. Open the Lasta app and log in to your account.

4. Press "Manage My Membership"
