You can always customize your fasting schedule in the app. Here's how you do it:
→ Tap on the '14h' button at the right corner of the fasting tracker screen.
→ You will be redirected to your current fasting plan settings.
→ Tap on the plan you want to try.
→ Tap on the 'Confirm' button to change the plan.
