To add your food, follow these steps:
→ Open the ‘Food tab’
→ Select the ‘Food diary’ section.
→ In the ‘Food diary’ section, you'll see a calendar at the top, displaying the days.
→ Scroll below the calendar, where you will see the daily calories summary, and further down, the meal sections: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack/other.
→ Click on the plus sign ‘+’ next to the meal you want to log your food into.
→ Search for the food you have consumed.
→ Enter the correct weight or serving size to ensure you accurately track the nutrient information and calories.
