First of all, please make sure you're using version 1.8.6 or later of our app. If you haven't updated yet, please do so before proceeding with the following steps:
1. Log in to your account and tap on the "Food" tab located at the bottom of the app.
2. Within the "Food" section, you'll find a sub-tab called "Meal plans". Click on it to proceed.
3. Here you'll see a list of available diets. Select the one that aligns with your preferences or dietary requirements. The available diets include Keto, Paleo, Vegan, Fasting, Mediterranean, and OMAD.
4. Once you've chosen a diet, look for the download icon next to the meal plan you're interested in. Tap on it to start the download process.
5. After the download is complete, click on the file to open it in a web browser.
That's it! Now you can enjoy your meal plan!
