If you started fasting and ate something or simply changed your mind, you can always delete your fast. Here's how to do it:
→ Head to the ‘Fasting tab.
→ Tap on the 'End fast' button.
→ Tap on the 'Complete fast' button.
→ Tap on the red trash icon in the top right corner of the screen.
→ Tap on the 'Delete' button.
Also, you can delete the previous fast if it conflicts with your new fast. For example, if you fasted from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. and then started a new fast at 8 a.m. Here's how you can delete your previous fast:
→ Head to the ‘Fasting tab.
→ Tap on the 'Start fast' button.
→ If your fast’s time is conflicting with each other, you’ll see a ‘Conflicting fasting’ disclaimer.
→ Tap on the pencil icon in the right corner of the disclaimer.
→ Tap on the red trash icon in the top right corner of the screen.
→ Tap on the 'Delete' button.
Great! Now you deleted your fast.
