→ First, navigate to the ‘Food’ tab at the bottom of the screen.
→ You will see your ‘Food diary’ for the day with meal categories like breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack.
→ Choose the meal you would like to log food for (e.g., Breakfast).
→ Click on the '+' sign next to the meal category.
→ You can then search for the food, meal, or brand in the search bar that appears at the top. → After finding your food item, select it, and enter the portion size you consumed.
→ Once you have entered the details, confirm to log the food.
→ Congratulations! Your food is now tracked in your diary.
