Don't worry — this is completely normal and expected behavior in the Lasta app!
Lasta is designed as a holistic wellness companion, with workouts as one of its core paid features (your purchased main workout plan). However, the app also includes a variety of free tools and trackers that are available to everyone — even if you only subscribed for workouts. These extras are built in to support overall health and habit-building, and they're completely optional.
Free Features Included in Lasta (No Extra Cost)
Even with a workout-focused subscription, you get access to:
- Fasting Tracker — for intermittent fasting (start/end times, body status stages, history, etc.)
- Water Tracker — log daily hydration goals and progress
- Weight Tracker — record weight changes, trends, and photos over time
- Activity Tracker — monitor steps, movement, or daily activity (often integrates with Apple Health/Google Fit)
- Food Diary — simple calorie/macro logging
- Mood & Energy Logging — quick daily check-ins
- And more (depending on your app version)
These free tools appear in the bottom navigation bar or main dashboard alongside Workouts — that's why you're seeing the Fasting tab even though you purchased a workout plan.
You Don't Have to Use the Fasting Tracker
- The Fasting tab is 100% optional.
- If you don't want to use it, simply ignore it — it won't affect your workout plan, progress, subscription, or any billing.
- You can focus exclusively on your purchased workouts (main plan + library access) without ever opening the Fasting, Water, Weight, or other trackers.
How to Focus More on Workouts (Quick Navigation Tips)
- Tap the My Plan and Workouts tab in the bottom navigation — this is your main hub for plans, sessions, and library of workouts.
- From the Profile icon (top-right) → Account Details → check your active Workout Plan to confirm everything is set correctly.
- Hide or minimize unused tabs if the app layout allows (some versions let you reorder or focus views).
- If the Fasting tab feels distracting, just skip past it — your experience stays workout-centered.
If You Still Want to Remove or Hide Fasting
Lasta currently doesn't offer a built-in way to completely hide or disable free trackers like Fasting (they're part of the core app experience). However:
- You can simply not interact with it — no setup or activation is required.
You're not doing anything wrong, and nothing is broken — this is how Lasta gives you bonus wellness tools for free while keeping your paid workout plan front and center.
