If your subscription has expired or you’re ready to resume your Lasta journey after a pause, you can easily renew your plan by following these steps:
- Download the app: If you haven't already, install or reinstall the Lasta app from Google Play Market (for Androids) or AppStore (for iOS).
- Log in: Open the app, select the "I already have an account" option, and enter the email address linked to the previous subscription.
- Check your inbox: We will send you a "Login Guide" email containing a secure login link. Click that link to log back into the app.
- Renew your subscription: Once you are in, you will see a "Restore my access" pop-up. Tap this button, and it will direct you to complete your payment.
Voila! Your new subscription will be ready to go.
