Important Notes
Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. You will still be charged unless you formally cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly in the Lasta app or by contacting Lasta Support.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if you did not see visible results with your personalized workout program and meet all of the following conditions:
You purchased a monthly, quarterly, yearly, or lifetime subscription via our website.
You contacted us within 30 days of your initial purchase (the date of the first charge).
You followed the customized program for at least 15 consecutive days within the first 30 days after the initial purchase.
Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy.
