App problem

It is frustrating to pay for something and not get it.

The app won’t let me in. It keeps saying it sent me an email to get in and I don’t receive the email. Yes, I’ve checked my spam folder. Something isn’t automated correctly. Nonetheless, I hope this is resolved by this weekend as I wanted to start the 28-day challenge starting Monday, as advertised. 

Please assist so I can. Thanks
