Can’t find App

I have signed up and paid for this service. I’m trying to find the app so I can download it to my iPhone. Is there anybody that knows how I can do it and where I can find it?

  I can’t even activate my account because it keeps telling me what I put in is wrong so I don’t know what else to do. I can’t find the app. I’d like to know where my plan is. Do you have a number where I can call support?

  They also keep charging you after you cancelled. This is a scam.
