  Me too.  This is the worst company… also having trouble cancelling.  They keep withdrawing money…. I am resorting to litagation because this is B. S.

  I've been charged 3 times in 5 days. This is very deceptive

  They sent me a notification saying they canceled my act and I should not be charged again.  Response  time less than 12 hours.

  I've canceled 3xs and been charged 6 times, 3 months twice a month for the total of $257.43. Funny thing is I subscribed accidently.  I dont even know what its for
